The Image of God
Question #3: Where was the man as he received God’s command to subdue the earth? Correct Answer: In the body of Christ
Created in the Image of God
Christ is the image of God. God created all of man(-kind) inside of the body of Christ. Therefore, when we look to the beginning, we should see Christ as the image of God. And we should see God making us in Christ.
The New Testament, so-called, says that is what we are supposed to see.
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 2 Corinthians 4:4
In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: Colossians 1:14-15
So, whether you say, in the image of God created He him, or in the body of Christ created He him, you are saying the same thing.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Genesis 1:27
Genesis 1:27 Amplified
“So God created man in his image, in the body of Christ created He him, male and female created he them.”
Note that the Bible speaks of man as an individual. (In the likeness of God made he him) It also refers to man as a generation. (Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam,)

Our Purpose and Grace are in Christ
God created us all in Christ at the same time. He then showed us what He had made in Christ and commanded us to rule over His creations. Knowing that we would deal with a world full of BS (Bad Stuff), God gave us His mercy and grace in advance.
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, 2 Timothy 1:9
According to 2 Timothy 1:9, who received God’s purpose and grace? Us! And where were we as we received God’s purpose and grace? In Christ! When did all this take place? Before the world began! So, before the world began, we were all in Christ, receiving God’s purpose and grace.
Believers are with God in the body of Christ. God is our life. He created us to have dominion now. He is our power to do His will. So why are we so stressed out? Please stop!!! What kind of image are we displaying for the world to see?
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10
We started in Christ, separated, answered the call, and returned to God in Christ having all power. The SEED TIME and HARVEST RULES are what enabled us to do that. We are everything that Christ is.
